What does food freedom look like?It’s less self-loathing and more body neutrality. It’s leaving your house in a bathing suit without a second thought or glance in the mirror. It’s no more body checking, hijacked brain, or feeling imprisoned by food.
Instead, it’s living a life where your appearance and body image aren’t the most important thing to you. It’s walking into your kitchen and not thinking about the cabinets full of cookies, bread, pasta or other “forbidden” foods. It’s figuring out what foods you truly enjoy and eating them guilt-free. It’s living a life where you’re in alignment with who and what you’re meant to be. Are you ready to experience food freedom? |

I’m Libby, a licensed marriage and family therapist, and certified intuitive coach with over ten years experience helping people achieve freedom from the obsession of food and their body. I’ve been there too…
I recovered from an eating disorder and disordered eating after letting it take over my life for 20 years. I didn’t think I was going to make it, AND promised myself that if I ever recovered, I would help others do the same. I know what it’s like to:

Between the Facebook group, weekly group Zoom sessions, the course curriculum, and optional messenger support and 1:1 sessions; no one gets left behind or feels unsupported. You can reach out for support throughout your journey whenever you need someone to cheer you on or encourage you when you start to doubt yourself. With FFB it’s possible to create lasting change and experience true food freedom. |
